She served as the Director of Counseling at Groton School for 11 years and has been actively teaching since the seventies. After graduating from Wellesley with a degree in Latin and English literature, Melinda worked as a roadie before beginning her teaching and counseling career.

Greg Westland, ILC Assist. Director

Greg has been a member of Voyagers for nearly as long as it has existed and grew up in the program. His family joined the co-op in 2000 and participated until he moved on to college. During that time Greg ran study groups for music theory & composition and D&D, as well as assisting in running teen dances, Cocoa Houses, and a slew of other events. Greg studied music composition at New York University and graduated from Fitchburg State University with a BS in Game Design. He has taught students in programming, music, writing, and art. He loves video games and music of all sorts and talks about them incessantly to anyone he can get to sit still long enough to listen.
