Have you ever thought,

“My bright, curious child comes home from school feeling stupid and defeated. He has lost his love of learning. There has to be a better way!”

"My child works so hard at home just trying to keep up with the class in school! She doesn't have any energy left for the remediation she needs for her learning disability -- or for having fun. Isn't there anything else we could do?"

If so, please come out to Voyagers’ parent roundtable:

Homeschooling Young People with Learning Differences.

Come meet parents who currently homeschool their children with learning differences ranging from Nonverbal Learning Disability to Dyslexia and Dyscalculia, to high functioning Autism.

Parents will share about

-   creating a homeschool rhythm throughout the week

-   working with oppositional tendencies and task avoidance

-   feeding your child’s unique strengths, and

-   finding the academic support your child needs to thrive

Many parents find homeschooling less challenging than sending their child to school, and the challenges are fruitful and help to anchor children in a sense of their strengths. Come check it out!

RSVP requested, not required. To RSVP, please use the Register button on this page.
